Paige Fennell - Annual Awards - Rep Minor Athlete Of The Year

Since 2017, Paige has competed as an A level athlete across the Okanagan and Lower Mainland, traveling from the Kootenays each season

to pursue the sport she loves. Known for her dedication, she consistently trains on her own and goes above and beyond for her team without hesitation.

Paige is a true team-first player - always supportive, encouraging, and ready to help. Coaches value her leadership, composure, and ability to stay calm under pressure, making her a strong and reliable presence on the mound.

In 2024, Paige faced a serious injury to her pitching arm that required multiple surgeries. Despite this setback, she remained committed to her team and returned in 2025 stronger than ever. She played a key role in leading Fusion 06 to a U19A National Championship, pitching 7 of 8 games and securing the final 1–0 victory.

Community Involvement

Paige is passionate about giving back. She runs pitching clinics, coaches youth teams, volunteers with the Trail Smoke Eaters, tutors high school students, and supports athletes throughout her community.
