SOFTBALL BC ID NUMBER
ID number purchases are non-refundable.
SOFTBALL BC MEMBERSHIP
The Softball BC Membership fee for players, coaches, managers, and executive members is
refundable before May 1st as follows:
- Minor - LTP, U7, U9 and U11 - Full refund minus a $5 administration fee.
- Minor - U13 to U20 - Full refund minus the $2 allocated to the MDF and a $5 administration fee.
- Adult - Full refund minus a $5 administration fee.
- Umpires - The membership portion of the fee is refundable, minus the $3 allocated to Gordon McDonald/Margo & Dorene Thoms Bursary Fund, the applicable UDF fund contribution, and a $5 administration fee. The clinic portion of the membership fee may also be refundable if they have not attended a clinic (see reference to clinics below).
SOFTBALL BC CAMPS, CLINICS AND PROGRAMS
Refundable up to 72 hours prior to the activity, minus a 25% admin fee.

Items purchased via our store are non-refundable.
